A while ago I posted a blurb about being a ‘doublemint twin‘.

I can be a fan of trends at times. But this was more than a trend to me. Matching sets, something we all have experienced in our life.  Once in your life, your moms had you laced in the matching top and bottom for some reason.

I now find it to be traditional and timeless. I always wondered why people wanted to match head to toe, until I studied the vintage patterns from McCall’s and Simplicity.

I feel it gives you the opportunity to create a masterpiece on a simple canvas. Which is why I created this “What to Wear” Tutorial for you!

I placed a few statement pieces in the ensemble. I feel it gives it a nice pop and makes the eyes travel!

I post things that make a subtle statement.
