Trends come and go but style is forever. Once upon a time, I would sneak away from the Women’s fashion magazines and read GQ. I would find interest in the world of Men’s Fashion after seeing page after page of suave men. Even the international magazines showed me a different world of fashion that I barely learned about in college. Those advertisements featuring tailored menswear styled so effortlessly makes me wonder where fashion has gone over the years. Yes, there is an evolution in fashion, but the style. That is my point. Where is the style of the “GQ” man in GQ magazines? My question is ” Is there a such thing as a GQ man?” Has there ever been one or was it my made-up theory?
